Ummmm this was leave in conditioner with gold glitter - could you tell I was in heaven?!

The service was exemplary at the Dry Bar. My stylist, Dawn, was very personable and kept me laughing while she went to work on my hair. Rae and I both selected the Cosmo Tai, which is a combo of loose curls & beach waves. We both felt and looked FABULOUS.



The only logical thing to do next was to go to brunch. Duh! We decided to try out Gaslight in Old City and man oh man - it was DELICIOUS!



We decided to order 2 different meals and swap plates half way through, so we could both try 2 entrees. I swear this is an unspoken rule with me and all my girlfriends...my fork is always in their plates. It works out well since we all love to try multiple things anyways. I highly suggest this method when dining out.

Can you guess what I picked?! Although the chicken & waffles were good...Rae picked an absolute winner with the Strawberry Peanut Butter French Toast. I would have NEVER thought an intense flavor explosion would occur by simply placing peanut butter underneath a slice of french toast and then adding strawberries on top with homemade whipped cream and syrup. I definitely will replicate this at home.

No brunch is complete without cocktails - I opted for a Modern Love while Rae selected a Bloody Mary

With my hair flowing fabulously and being well fed, I suppose I need to finish up this party prep, huh?! The weather is wreaking havoc on my plans - I cannot decide if I should just move it inside and forgo my vision of it being outdoors. Stay tuned later this week to see how it all pans out!

Did you know Zoya sells lipstick too??? I have been eyeing it for over a year and since they had a few great sales, I decided to try one out. I picked Mackenzie -

I always feel the urge to purchase a new perfume for my collection once seasons change. While in NYC, a sales man in Macy's sprayed Marc Jacob's new fragrance, Decadence, on Drea. As we walked through the city, the scent permeated my senses and I just knew I had to have it. Luckily for me, Collin & Price decided to gift it to me for my birthday and I am IN love with it.

Isn't the bottle so cute?! It's supposed to be a purse. Is that a hint I should purchase a new one?? Oh! And THOSE boots are made for walking. I never knew I needed a wine colored pair of riding boots until I tried these on...after purchasing them online.

Ahhhhhhhh...my mother and I should NOT watch QVC late at night...especially when they are airing lipstick...in particular, a magic lipstick advertised as chic and contemporary, this couture creation has a soft, satiny texture, comforting feel, and provides beautiful, personalized color to lips. SOLD - Ang and I were more than willing to test this bad boy out, although I was a bit wary when I saw the lipstick was black.

Am I the only one who feels the urge to purchase new lipstick at the change of the season? And this year, the sensation was heightened due to my trip to Mexico. I HAD to have new colors for Cabo, right?!

After scouring Ulta for an extended period of time, Maya made me stick to only 3 new additions to my collection and here were our picks:

I promise you this is all Shana's fault. I dabbled in lipsticks before, but now instead of lip gloss I find myself needing new colors of lipstick. And I always drag Andriece with me.

Maybelline has a vivids line and for spring or right now I went with Vivid Rose, Brazen Berry, and Vibrant Mandarin.

A few weeks ago I was researching home made sugar scrubs and then Kirstie Alley tweeted a recipe for her favorite one. I can understand completely why it's her favorite - I LOVE IT!!!! My skin is incredibly soft and moisturized after showering - I even used it on my face and lips. I am definitely adding this to my beauty regimen.

It is super easy to make and I can guarantee you have most of the ingredients in your home right now.

Simply mix:

• 1/3 cup of brown sugar
• 1/2 cup of course white sugar
• 1/2 cup of coconut oil
• 1 lemon
• 1 tablespoon vanilla
