Breathe in, breathe out - don't sweat the small stuff - and don't allow things (including people) that inadvertently do not have an affect on you directly take a toll on your emotional/mental state even if they are hurting your loved ones...all these things are easier said than done, but I am trying hard. Some days are easier than others. Some situations are easier to ignore than others too.

I cannot believe today is April 1 - but that means there are only 11 more days until another monumental celebration for my family this year - my mom's 50th bday! Followed by Collin's 25th bday the next month, my dad's 50th bday in June, my uncle's 40th bday in August, and then my 30th bday in October. This will be a whirlwind year and I am gearing up.
